A unique invitation for our Club Members

The Prince Philip Trust Fund Ascot Race day

 Wednesday 29th April 2020
Save the Date for a ‘Great Day Out’

The Trustees of The Prince Philip Trust Fund, in association with the Rotary Club of Windsor and Eton, are delighted to alert you to the date for this exciting and prestigious event to be held at Ascot Racecourse on Wednesday, 29th April, 2020, the first Flat Race Meeting of the 2020 season. The event is being organised by popular demand, following the wonderful occasion experienced by those who attended our previous Race day event in 2018 when a ‘great day out’ was enjoyed by over 400 guests.

Your attendance will support The Prince Philip Trust Fund, a grant-giving trust that supports the residents and communities across the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.  Since being established in 1977 as a grant-giving trust, we have distributed in excess of £2 million in funds to over 600 different charities, good causes and projects across the Royal Borough that support those with disabilities, the elderly, families, children and young people, access to sport, those in social need, and the arts.

We do hope you will be able to join us for this thoroughly enjoyable day out where we will be joined by a member of The Royal Family as our guest of honour.  You can look forward to:

A champagne reception

Three course lunch including all wines

Free entrance to watch the first flat race meeting of 2020

 Afternoon tea

Free car parking

Complimentary race card

£140.00 per person

Individual reservations, groups of all sizes as well as bookings for tables of 10 will be available to purchase at £140 per person, which we hope you will agree is incredible value for a great day out of racing and fundraising to support the Prince Philip Trust. In addition to purchasing tickets, you can also support this event through sponsorship, advertising, auction prizes and donations.  Contact Art Ramirez, club member, if interested in attending this event so we can reserve a table of 10 or more.
